Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the packing slip is included inside.

Apply Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous labels.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
